No extra service charges by North Trip Planner for cancellations or re-issuance of flights, hotels, or tours.
Only the supplier’s applicable charges will apply.
Customers must inform North Trip Planner at least 48 hours before the scheduled travel date for any refund or re-issuance requests.
Requests within less than 48 hours may not be processed.
Refunds for flights, hotels, and tours will typically reflect in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Convenience charges paid during booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.
For payments made via EMI (Easy Monthly Installments), the EMI processing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The deduction is calculated on the payable balance.
If the booking was paid through Pay in Cash, refunds will be sent via your preferred refund channel (bank transfer, mobile wallet, etc.).
In case of national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, natural disasters, or similar events, the standard refund policy may not apply.
Refund decisions will depend on the respective supplier’s terms and conditions.
