Refund & Cancellation Policy​

📌 Supplier Policies Apply

  • North Trip Planner follows the cancellation, refund, and re-issue policies of respective suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Bus Services, Tour Operators, etc.).

  • Policies and timelines vary depending on the supplier.

📌 No Additional Service Fees

  • No extra service charges by North Trip Planner for cancellations or re-issuance of flights, hotels, or tours.

  • Only the supplier’s applicable charges will apply.

📌 Advance Notification Requirement

  • Customers must inform North Trip Planner at least 48 hours before the scheduled travel date for any refund or re-issuance requests.

  • Requests within less than 48 hours may not be processed.

📌 Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds for flights, hotels, and tours will typically reflect in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

📌 Non-Refundable Convenience Charges

  • Convenience charges paid during booking are non-refundable under any circumstances.

📌 EMI Payment Refunds

  • For payments made via EMI (Easy Monthly Installments), the EMI processing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • The deduction is calculated on the payable balance.

📌 Refunds on Cash Payments

  • If the booking was paid through Pay in Cash, refunds will be sent via your preferred refund channel (bank transfer, mobile wallet, etc.).

📌 Exceptions in Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In case of national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, natural disasters, or similar events, the standard refund policy may not apply.

  • Refund decisions will depend on the respective supplier’s terms and conditions.
