If you or any member of your group needs to cancel the tour after receiving a booking confirmation, the group leader must notify us in writing via email. Cancellations are only valid once received during office hours.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Within 24 hours of departure: 100% (no refund)
Within 48 hours of departure: 100% (no refund)
3 days or more before departure: 50% cancellation fee
7 days or more before departure: 30% cancellation fee
